This campaign is open to all customers who purchase BAHRA wires or SE products during the campaign period.

Customers who purchase BAHRA wires will receive a gift voucher equivalent to 1% of the invoice value (excluding VAT) from you gotta gift app.

Customers who purchase SE products will receive a gift voucher equivalent to 2% of the invoice value (excluding VAT) from you gotta gift app.

The campaign starts on April 15th and ends on July 15th. Purchases made within this period are eligible for the gift voucher offer.

Items purchased using gift vouchers are not eligible for return for a refund.

However, customers may request a replacement of the same item(s) with an equivalent value in case of defects or damages.

Gift vouchers are valid for use until it’s expiry date.

This campaign cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

Electric house Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign, or adjust the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

All decisions made by electric house company regarding this campaign are final and binding.

By participating in the BAHRA Wires and SE Products Campaign, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

The campaign is being delivered through the EH Plus loyalty program, with more programs scheduled to be introduced within the EH Plus customer loyalty framework for Retail and online store. This implies that the gift voucher calculation is based on EH Plus points earned through the loyalty program.

Here is the metric for this campaign,

For every 1 SAR spent on SE products, the customer earns 4 EH Plus points.

For every 1 SAR spent on BAHRA wires, the customer earns 2 EH Plus points

If the customer purchases products worth 10,000 SAR, they will get 10,000 * 4 = 40,000 EH Plus points.

It takes 5,000 EH Plus points to earn a 25 SAR gift voucher.

With 40,000 EH Plus points, the customer can earn 40,000 / 5,000 = 200 SAR  ( 25* 8 )  gift vouchers.
