All other trademarks not owned by Electric House that appear in any Electric House Service are the property of their respective owners, or sponsored by Electric House.
License And Access
Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and your payment of any applicable fees, Electric House or its content providers grant you a limited, nonexclusive, non- transferable, nonsublicensable license to access and make personal and non- commercial use of the Electric House Services. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any Electric House Service, or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any Electric House Service or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by Electric House or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders, or other content providers. Your Account
If you use any Electric House Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Electric House does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the Electric House Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Electric House reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Reviews, Comments, Communications, And Other Content

Risk Of Loss
All items purchased from Electric House are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Online Sales
Goods are delivered by Electric House Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") to the Buyer in accordance with the following terms and conditions: The Seller's responsibility for the goods ends once they are delivered to the carrier. Therefore, in the event of any dispute or disagreement regarding the shortage or damage of goods after delivery to the carrier, the Buyer must direct any claim to the carrier.
Exchanges and Returns
In all cases, the goods must be in the same condition as when purchase and with the invoice.
Conditions for Exchanging Goods:
In the case of pickup from the branch:* Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the invoice date, and must be done at the same branch from which the goods were received, provided that the exchange value matches or exceeds the invoice value.
In the case of receiving goods via shipping:* Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date the customer received the goods, and must be done at the nearest branch to the Buyer, provided that the exchange value matches or exceeds the invoice value.
Conditions for Returning Goods:
In the case of pickup from the branch:* Returns can be made within 7 days from the invoice date, and must be returned to the same branch from which the goods were received, provided that the invoice is present.
In the case of receiving goods via shipping:* Returns can be made within 7 days from the date the customer received the goods, and must be returned to the nearest branch to the Buyer, provided that the invoice is present. Returns for promotional offers must be made within two days from the date of purchase. All products associated with the offer must be returned; otherwise, the promotional value will be deducted according to the seller's instructions.
Products That Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned:
Cables or cables that have been cut based on the customer's request, cable reels, products manufactured specifically for the customer based on special specifications, goods not in their original packaging, items that are defective due to customer reasons, or items in unacceptable technical condition. This includes tools and equipment used in cable installation, such as cable head crimpers, cable cutters, measuring devices, and rolls of single and flexible wires. After ensuring all the above conditions are met, the refund process will be completed within 14 working days from receiving the item The refund method will either be via bank transfer to the same account used for the purchase or by check made out to the first beneficiary holding the original invoice. A personal ID must also be presented. In all cases, cash refunds will be made if the invoice value is 1000 Riyals or less.
Item Purchased through vouchers or credit card cannot be refunded in cash
1. Orders accepted by the Seller that have been paid for cannot be canceled or modified.
2. The Seller has the absolute discretion to cancel the order if it becomes clear that some products are unavailable, without any liability on their part.
3. The Buyer undertakes to pay any shipping fees that will be added before completing the order.
4. The Seller will impose storage fees if the goods remain in their warehouses for reasons attributable to the Buyer (whether at their request or due to the lack of shipping instructions or failure to receive the goods). These fees will be based on the size and quantity of the goods.
5. The seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm (including direct and indirect) or for any breach, delay, or failure to fulfill obligations when caused by: (a) any governmental act or the seller's compliance with any order, request, or directive issued by any governmental authority or any person acting under its instructions. (b) interruption or unavailability of the supply of goods or any of the storage, transportation, or distribution facilities due to wars (whether declared or undeclared), riots, acts of enemies, sabotage, rebellion, outbreak of fire, acts of God, accidents, breakdowns, or any other incident, whether of the types mentioned in this paragraph or not, provided that such act is beyond the seller's control. This includes, but is not limited to, depletion of the seller's inventory for any reason, and the seller shall not be liable for any compensation to any party.

Cash Customers
Goods are delivered by Electric House Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") to the Buyer in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
Returns and Exchanges

Returns for promotional offers must be made within two days from the date of purchase. All products associated with the offer must be returned; otherwise, the promotional value will be deducted according to the seller's instructions.
